5 PLAYERS PER TEAM + 2 RESERVES
On an auxiliary pontoon ready to jump on as players crash & dive off the pitch. Players must be waved on by the ref.

10 MINUTE GAMES
5 minute halves & 2 minutes for half-time.

The X-Zone
Line markings 8m from each team’s tryline [known as the X Zone].
Tries are worth 7 points when attack has begun inside the team’s X Zone [5 points if not].
2 point dropkick conversions from behind the X Zone [in line with where the try was scored].
DIVE TIME
NFL-inspired touchdown rules for diving and scoring inside the corner posts.
KNOCK ONS & PENALTIES
Restarts are a simple tap kick leaving the players boot, into a player’s own hands
TRY SCORED OR CONCEDED
After conceding a try, teams tap kick restart from their X Zone line. The defending team restarts on their own X Zone line.
OFFISDE
5 metre offside line rule applies to rucks or maul play and from knock ons, penalties and lineout restarts. This is set by the referee
